Cancellation and Refund Policy

We partner with small, indie and POC-owned skincare brands to deliver you quality, curated products for your oily, acne-prone skin every quarter.

Once your order has been placed between the 1st and 14th day of the last month of the quarter, we put order requests on the 15th day so we can only cancel your order and offer you a refund before the 15th day. After the 15th day, we will not be able to cancel your order and offer you a refund.

However, if you let us know in a respective manner that your subscription box and products arrived destroyed, damaged or caused an allergic reaction, we apologize in advance. Please email to initiate the refund process. 

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please email if you have any further questions or concerns.
